Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Monona). They came out on top against the Woodbury Central Wildcats by a score of 75-64 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Spartans as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

West Monona's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-9. As for Woodbury Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Monona will take on Kingsley-Pierson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Woodbury Central has already played their next match (against Gehlen Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
