Passers beware: Amir Tibbs came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made one tackle which he returned for a touchdown, but sadly Southern Guilford still had to take a 34-14 loss at the hands of Ben L. Smith. We hope Friday's matchup is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Looking ahead, Tibbs and Southern Guilford will head out to challenge Western Guilford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tibbs had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their game back in September of 2024 30-0. Does he have what it takes to turn the tables?
