Recap: Mineral County Serpents vs. Pyramid Lake Lakers

A well-balanced attack led the Mineral County Serpents over the Pyramid Lake Lakers in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Mineral County enjoyed a cozy 56-37 win over Pyramid Lake. The win made it back-to-back wins for Mineral County.

It was another big night for DeVayne Isom, who scored 25 points along with five rebounds and three steals. His trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. Triston Jones was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds and four steals.

Despite the loss, Pyramid Lake had strong showings from Warren Christy, who scored ten points along with three steals, and Cash Hall, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds. Hall is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

Mineral County's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-8. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.9 points per game. As for Pyramid Lake, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
