Volleyball Recap: Syracuse Wins Going Away Against Davis

Syracuse won the last time they faced Davis and things went their way on Thursday too. The Titans blew past the Darts 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-14.

Presley Worthington was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 11 digs and four assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last six contests.

Syracuse's record is now 12-5. As for Davis, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Coincidentally, Syracuse and Davis will both be playing Layton the next time they take the court. The Darts will head out to face the Lancers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Titans will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
