Erin Johnson commands the offense for Trojans win

Recap: Cambridge Trojans vs. Arapahoe Warriors

The Cambridge Trojans had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against Arapahoe by a score of 36-29. That's another feather in the cap for Cambridge, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Cambridge got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Erin Johnson out in front who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.

Despite the defeat, Arapahoe saw an underclassman step up: Clara Hilker scored two points along with 12 rebounds and two steals.

Cambridge's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Arapahoe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-9.

Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Alma the next time they take the court. Cambridge will head out to face Alma at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while Arapahoe will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
