Soccer Game Preview: Brennan vs. Warren

Brennan is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Warren is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Brennan Bears will host the Warren Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Brennan is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to five goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Taft on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Warren kept a clean sheet against Harlan on Friday. They blew past the Hawks 4-0. Considering the Warriors have won ten matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Warren is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That somehow still isn't as good as their 15-2-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those six contests. Brennan's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-3.
