Baseball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 24-6 to the Brindlee Mountain Lions. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Lions this season, with their most recent defeat being a 12-6 loss on Saturday.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Brindlee Mountain, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-11.

Columbia has already played their next match (against Skyline), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Brindlee Mountain, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Elkmont at 4:30 p.m. on April 1.
