Livingston hadn't done well against Liberty recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Lions came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Livingston walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 16-25, 25-10.

Livingston's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Liberty, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 19-12.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Livingston is set to take on their familiar foe Shepherd at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Liberty will square off against rival Tarkington at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
