Basketball Recap: University Charter's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

If Linden wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played University Charter, they should've done a better job of containing Zy'Darrius Harris. The University Charter Trail Blazers walked away with a 66-53 victory over the Linden Patriots on Friday thanks in part to Harris, who went 10 of 13 on his way to 25 points along with seven boards and six blocks. That's the most blocks he has posted since back in November of 2024.

University Charter's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10. As for Linden, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

University Charter has already played their next contest, a 62-39 victory against Johnson on the 25th. As for Linden, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-45 loss against Keith on the 25th.
