Soccer Recap: Creekview Comes Up Short

Creekview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Lone Star Rangers, falling 4-0. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Mustangs it sure didn't stay that way.

Creekview's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Lone Star, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Creekview and Lone Star could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Creekview will challenge Turner at 7:30 p.m. on Friday down 355 places (545 vs. 190). Similarly, Lone Star (ranked 316th) will meet Reedy (ranked 64th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
