Softball Recap: Adrian Comes Up Short

Adrian lost to Chelsea back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Maples came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 13-3.

Kavonna Galloway was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one triple the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jazlynn Davis, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Adrian has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Chelsea, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Adrian will host Monroe at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chelsea, they will take on Dexter at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
