Southwestern extended their losing streak to three on Saturday, dropping their season record down to 11-14 in the process. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 7-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Laurel Jaguars. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Jackson Couch and Cliff Sawyers stepped up to the plate in a big way. Couch went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI, while Sawyers went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
