West Delaware put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 42-27 win over the Independence Mustangs. This was payback for the Hawks, who suffered a 13-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

West Delaware's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Independence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.
