Soccer Recap: Rocky Mount Takes a Loss

Rocky Mount was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against the Southern Nash Firebirds, falling 9-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Southern Nash this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in September.

Rocky Mount's record now sits at 4-18. As for Southern Nash, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 8-10-2 record.

Coming up, Rocky Mount will challenge Hunt at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southern Nash, they will take on Northern Nash at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Northern Nash's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
