Volleyball Recap: ACERO Garcia Comes Up Short

ACERO Garcia lost against Proviso East back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Pirates, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17.

ACERO Garcia's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Proviso East, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-12 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. ACERO Garcia will square off against Cruz at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Proviso East, they will take on Willowbrook at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
