Recap: Knoxville Christian Knights vs. Apostolic Christian
The Knoxville Christian Knights lost against Apostolic Christian back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Knoxville Christian suffered a tough 67-41 loss at the hands of Apostolic Christian. Knoxville Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-16.
Apostolic Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rogan Bailey led the charge by scoring 14 points. Another player making a difference was Madon Bailey, who scored 13 points.
Knoxville Christian has not been sharp recently as the team has lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Apostolic Christian, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-11.
Knoxville Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Apostolic Christian, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Maryville Christian at 6:00 p.m. on February 16th.
