Basketball Recap: Harper Woods Comes Up Short

Harper Woods lost against Farmington back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Harper Woods Pioneers were dealt a 68-32 loss at the hands of the Farmington Falcons. While losing is never fun, the Pioneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 462nd, while the Falcons are ranked 110th).

Harper Woods' defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Farmington, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Harper Woods will welcome Oak Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Harper Woods is facing Oak Park at the right time seeing as Oak Park is stuck on a five-game losing streak. Farmington has already played their next contest (against Troy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
