Basketball Recap: Sterling Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Sterling lost against Byron back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Sterling Golden Warriors fell 56-43 to the Byron Tigers.

Sterling's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-4. As for Byron, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-1.

When Sterling and Byron next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Sterling will try to stop Alleman's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Byron will challenge Dixon and their five-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
