Baseball Recap: Westlake Takes a Loss

Westlake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Walter Panas Panthers.

Westlake now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Walter Panas, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Coming up, Westlake will venture away from home to face off against Blind Brook at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Walter Panas will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats' game: after the Wildcats face off against the Trojans, they'll take on Walter Panas again at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
