Soccer Game Preview: Cross vs. Hilton Head Prep

Cross is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Monday. They will head out on the road to face off against the Hilton Head Prep Dolphins at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Cross' favor is that they have posted at least four goals every time they've taken the pitch this season.

Cross' defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Bridges Prep as they made off with a 4-0 win. Fans of Cross have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 3+ goals.

Meanwhile, Hilton Head Prep managed to keep up with Frederica Academy until halftime last Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Dolphins lost 3-0 to the Knights. Hilton Head Prep haven't had much luck with Frederica Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Hilton Head Prep's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cross, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.
