Baseball Game Preview: Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers vs. Beecher Bobcats

The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bobcats at 3:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Gardner-South Wilmington fell victim to Plano and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 15-0 to the Reapers. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Meanwhile, Beecher also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Hoopeston on Thursday, falling 7-0. The Bobcats just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Beecher's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Gardner-South Wilmington, their loss dropped their record down to 7-14.
