Basketball Recap: Houston Comes Up Short

The Houston Mustangs came up short against the Atascocita Eagles on Saturday and fell 70-61. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (59), the Mustangs still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for Houston and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Atascocita, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Coming up, Houston will take on Melissa at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Atascocita, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lancaster at 3:00 p.m. on December 13.
