While Southern Choctaw put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Marengo. The Indians claimed a resounding 35-0 win over the Panthers. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

It was another big night for Ray Bender, who rushed for 89 yards and two scores. Another player making a difference was Christopher Bush, who rushed for 58 yards and one TD on only five carries.

Southern Choctaw's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Marengo, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
