Baseball Recap: Jackson Ironman/Ironladies vs. Greenup County Musketeers
Jackson barely beat Greenup County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Ironman/Ironladies blew past the Musketeers 14-3 on Thursday. The Ironman/Ironladies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by eight runs or more this season.
Noah Ernst was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run and five RBI. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Eli Ray also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
Jackson was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .412. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Greenup County only posted a batting average of .222.
