Volleyball Game Preview: Beresford Watchdogs vs. Lennox Orioles

After both having extra time off, the Beresford Watchdogs and the Lennox Orioles will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Beresford is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Beresford came up short against Dell Rapids on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-14, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Lennox faced Sioux Falls Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Orioles lost 3-0 to the Chargers. The defeat continues a trend for the Orioles in their meetings with the Chargers: they've now lost four in a row.

Beresford's loss dropped their record down to 13-18. As for Lennox, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-8.

Beresford might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Lennox when the teams last played back in September. Can the Watchdogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
