Basketball Recap: Lafayette Jefferson Continues Road Dominance on Saturday

Lafayette Jefferson won the last time they faced Lafayette Central Catholic and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos walked away with a 49-36 win over the Lafayette Central Catholic Knights. Given the Bronchos' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 38th, while the Knights are ranked 231st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lafayette Central Catholic lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Charlie Seaburg, who posted nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joey Metzger, who had five points.
