Volleyball Recap: Emmalie Yobe's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Sharon over Cathedral Prep

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Sharon can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Cathedral Prep Ramblers on Thursday. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Sharon lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Emmalie Yobe, who had 27 assists and 12 digs. Yobe is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season. Addie McFann was another key player, getting 26 digs.

Sharon's loss dropped their record down to 15-6-1. As for Cathedral Prep, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-10-1.

As of now, neither Sharon nor the Ramblers have any future games scheduled.
