Eufaula is a perfect 3-0 against Pike Liberal Arts since April of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Eufaula will head out to face off against Pike Liberal Arts at 4:30 p.m. Eufaula is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Eufaula fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Headland two weeks ago but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Rams by a score of 7-6.

Aaliyah Brooks made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run. She also scored a run, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Natoria Brascom, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Pike Liberal Arts unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 5-2 to Saint James.

Pike Liberal Arts saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mary Holland Stephens, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits Stephens has posted since back in February.

Pike Liberal Arts now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Eufaula, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14-1.

Eufaula came out on top in a nail-biter against Pike Liberal Arts when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 8-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for Eufaula since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
