While McCreary Central might've come up empty on Saturday, Kolton Summers wasn't going down without a fight. Metcalfe County had no answer to Summers as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts Summers has posted since back in May of 2024.
