Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Mules vs. Robinson Maroons
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Fairfield had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Robinson Maroons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mules also won the last time the pair played last Saturday.
The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Fairfield was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14.
The win made it two in a row for Fairfield and bumps their season record up to 23-13. As for Robinson, their loss dropped their record down to 17-15.
