Volleyball Recap: Centauri Takes a Loss

Centauri lost against Wiggins back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

Mikasa Gilleland paced Centauri's offense, picking up eight kills. Gilleland got some help from Kenadie Wilfong and her 17 assists.

Centauri's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Wiggins, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Centauri has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Lamar on the 18th. As for Wiggins, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Merino on the 18th.
