Volleyball Recap: Hobart Takes a Loss

Hobart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chesterton Trojans.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-14.

Joel Mock paced Hobart's offense, picking up three kills. Mock got some help from Codi Ketchum and his three assists.

Hobart's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Chesterton, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Coincidentally, Hobart and Chesterton will both be playing South Bend Riley the next time they take the court. The Trojans will host the Wildcats at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Brickies will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
