Basketball Recap: Three Straight Home Victories for Wells

Wells extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Ashanti Clark. The Wells Raiders blew past the Foreman Hornets 57-6 on Wednesday thanks in part to Clark, who dropped a triple-double on 35 points, 16 rebounds, and 13 steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Wells' points.

Another player making a difference was Gabrielle Marshall, who almost dropped a triple-double on ten points, nine rebounds, and nine steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Wells' record now sits at 4-1. As for Foreman, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wells will welcome Manley at 5:00 p.m. on December 18th. As for Foreman, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kelvyn Park at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Kelvyn Park's defense has only allowed 15.7 points per game this season, so Foreman's offense will have their work cut out for them.
