Volleyball Recap: Hillsborough Takes a Loss

Hillsborough's tournament run continued when they took on Frostproof on Friday. The Terriers fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Frostproof found their leader in sophomore Hailey Dixon, who had 25 digs and two aces. Dixon is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

Hillsborough's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Frostproof, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Hillsborough has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Central on the 13th. As for Frostproof, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Fivay on the 13th.
