Meanwhile, Roseville had just enough and edged out River Valley 4-2 on Thursday.

Alyssa MacFarlane spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on four hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Isabella Senini, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Those two RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Makena Kelly, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles.

Roseville was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Roseville now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Del Campo, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.
