Volleyball Recap: Delano Takes a Loss

Delano was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Wasco, falling 3-0. Delano was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Wasco earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

While Delano was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-23, 27-25.

Delano's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Wasco, their win bumped their record up to 6-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Delano is set to challenge their familiar foe McFarland at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Wasco will square off against rival Taft at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
