Football Recap: Petoskey Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Petoskey was the 40-6 winner over Bay City Western when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Northmen fell 38-32 to the Warriors on Friday.

Despite the loss, Petoskey still got an impressive performance from Lukas Nemec, who rushed for 87 yards and a pair of TDs, and also threw for 178 yards and three touchdowns.

Petoskey's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bay City Western, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Petoskey and Bay City Western will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Northmen will challenge rival Escanaba at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bay City Western is set to square off against their familiar foe Midland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
