Crystal Lake South hadn't done well against St. Charles East recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Gators came out on top against the Fighting Saints by a score of 2-0. For the Gators, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Fighting Saints walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.

Crystal Lake South moved to 11-13 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for St. Charles East, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-18.
