Preview: U-32 vs. Bellows Falls
U-32 will take on Bellows Falls at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup.
U-32 ended up a good deal behind Rice Memorial when they played last Friday, losing 22-38. U-32 got a solid performance out of senior Logan Wedge, who rushed for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory. This marked the 5th contest in which Wedge has rushed for over 100 yards.
After a string of three wins, Bellows Falls's good fortune finally ran out. They and Fair Haven were almost perfectly matched up, but they suffered an agonizing 16-17 loss. That makes it the first time this season Bellows Falls have let down their home crowd.
