Baseball Recap: Princeton's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

While Princeton's win against Brookfield wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Bulldogs 10-9. The win was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Princeton's record is now 9-13. As for Brookfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

Looking ahead, Princeton will head out to face off against Newtown-Harris at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brookfield, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Lexington at 5:00 p.m. The Bulldogs are facing the Minutemen at the right time seeing as the Minutemen are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
