Baseball Recap: Aberdeen Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Aberdeen's offense. They came up short against the WF West Bearcats on Wednesday, falling 6-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Bobcats were not able to get on the board.

Aberdeen now has a losing record of 5-6. As for WF West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-2-1.

Coming up, Aberdeen will welcome Shelton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for WF West, they will head out to challenge Centralia at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.07 runs per game on average), something the Bearcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
