Limestone and Pekin are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. The Rockets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Dragons at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Limestone's hitters haven't had much luck over their past three matches, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Saturday, Limestone came up short against Pontiac and fell 5-1. That's two games in a row now that the Rockets have lost by exactly four runs.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Pekin, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 9-4 victory over Canton on Thursday.

Zoe Lindahl spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on 11 hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Lily Towery, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April. Bella Benassi was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

The win got Pekin back to even at 11-11. As for Limestone, their loss dropped their record down to 7-18.
