Recap: Uncommon vs. Broome Street Academy Warriors
On Wednesday, Uncommon was beaten by Broome Street Academy 78-47.
Leading Broome Street Academy to victory were Demitrius Gould and Samuel Acevedo. Gould scored 15 points along with 3 steals, while Acevedo scored 15 points along with 3 steals. The game was Acevedo's tenth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shannon Alexander, who scored 8 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Uncommon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Broome Street Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.
