Volleyball Recap: Pomeroy Beats Dayton for Their Fourth Straight Win + How To Watch

Pomeroy had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Dayton Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Pirates have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

One reason for the win was Pomeroy's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-22, 25-19.

Pomeroy's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Dayton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pomeroy is set to challenge their familiar foe Oakesdale at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dayton will take on rival St. John-Endicott at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
