Basketball Recap: Western International Takes a Loss

Western International lost against Osborn back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Western International Cowboys received a blow as they fell 54-38 to the Osborn Knights. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Western International's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Osborn, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Western International will take on Northwestern at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Western International is facing Northwestern at the right time seeing as Northwestern is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Osborn, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Old Redford Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
