Volleyball Recap: Rocky Mount Prep Comes Up Short + How To Watch

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Rocky Mount Prep and KIPP P meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Jaguars fell just short of the Pride by a score of 3-2. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pride earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Rocky Mount Prep dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for KIPP P, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Looking ahead, Rocky Mount Prep will head out on the road to face off against North Edgecombe at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Jaguars' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for KIPP P, they will square off against Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
