Basketball Recap: Clyde-Savannah Comes Up Short

If Clyde-Savannah was feeling good fresh off their 77-38 takedown of Romulus last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles lost 56-36 to the Gananda Central Blue Panthers on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Golden Eagles have suffered since February 20, 2024.

Clyde-Savannah has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Gananda Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Lyons will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Gananda Central surely won't give up without a fight.
