Dillon is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Waccamaw.

For Waccamaw's part, the team relied heavily on Corrin Green, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Galasso, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

The win made it two in a row for Waccamaw and bumps their season record up to 7-5. As for Dillon, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
