Lyons is a perfect 3-0 against Curie since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Lions will challenge the Condors at 4:00 p.m. Lyons' defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Curie's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Curie better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Lyons' game on Thursday is any indication, that's when Lyons really gets things going. The Lions never let Argo get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Lyons, who have now won ten matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Curie sidestepped Victoria Soto for a 2-1 win.

Lyons is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those nine matches. As for Curie, their win bumped their record up to 4-9-3.

Everything went Lyons' way against Curie in their previous matchup back in September of 2023, as Lyons made off with an 8-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
