Basketball Recap: Clear Creek Comes Up Short

Clear Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 41-34 to the Clear Falls Knights. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Clear Creek's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Clear Falls, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clear Creek and Clear Brook will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Clear Falls will take on Clear Springs in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Clear Springs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Clear Falls surely won't give up without a fight.
